Segatrice a nastro con arco a discesa assistita per taglio di materiali ferrosi. Struttura solida con parti funzionali realizzate in fusione integrale di ghisa
per la riduzione delle vibrazioni in fase di taglio. Utilizzo: per officine meccaniche, carpenterie e lavori di manutenzione.
Sistema idraulico per la discesa autonoma dell’arco a velocità variabile in base alle caratteristiche del materiale da tagliare. Regolatore idraulico
“Push/Pull” che se premuto permette la discesa dell’arco, mentre se tirato lo arresta. Lama Bi-metallica M42. Possibilità di taglio da 0° a 60° a destra
e da 0° a 45° a sinistra tramite spostamento laterale della morsa. Doppia velocità di taglio. Morsa con leva a bloccaggio rapido. Tensionamento meccanico
della lama. Blocchetti guida lama con set di cuscinetti e placchette in metallo duro per un’ottimale precisione di taglio. Elettropompa liquido refrigerante.
Fermo-barra per misurazione lunghezza di taglio.
Ciclo di taglio: regolazione manuale dell’apertura morsa tramite volantino, bloccaggio rapido del materiale da tagliare tramite leva, discesa autonoma
dell’arco fino al completamento del taglio. Arresto automatico del motore a fine taglio. Risalita dell’arco tramite molla di richiamo.

Cutting cycle: manual adjustment of the vice opening by means of a hand wheel. Quick locking of the material to be cut by lever. Autonomous descent
of the sawframe. Automatic motor stop when the cut is complete. Sawframe ascent via return spring.
