WHEELS, BRUSHES AND SANDING BELTS
Disk grinding wheels either made of gray corundum (carborundum) and
ceramics binder (bench grinders) or of high quality white corundum and
glazed ceramics binder (sharpening machines). Corundum sand belts,
high resistance reinforced fabric support and ground joints for greater
smoothness. Grinding wheels and belts available in different grits: the
higher the number the finer the grit (suitable for deburring and finishing),
whereas the lower the number the rougher the grit (suitable for grinding
and roughing-out).
MUELAS, CEPILLOS Y BANDAS
Muelas de disco de corindón gris (carburo de silicio) y aglutinante cerámico
(esmeriladoras) o bien de corindón fino blanco y aglutinante cerámico
vitrificado (afiladoras).
Bandas abrasivas de corindón, soporte de tela reforzada de gran resistencia,
Uniones lijadas para garantizar un mayor deslizamiento. Muelas y bandas disponibles en diferentes granos: a un número más alto corresponde un grano más fino
(ideal para desbarbados y acabados), mientras que a un número más bajo corresponde un grano más grueso (ideal para esmerilado y desbastado).
