Troncatrice a disco manuale per taglio di materiali ferrosi. Struttura solida con parti funzionali realizzate in fusione integrale di ghisa. Taglia senza
scintille lasciando il metallo freddo al tatto. Utilizzo: per officine meccaniche, carpenterie e lavori di manutenzione.
Possibilità di taglio da 0° a 45° a destra e sinistra. Da utilizzare con disco HSS con diametro massimo di 250 mm (alesaggio 32mm). Disponibile con motore
trifase a doppia velocità di taglio oppure monofase. Impugnatura con comando uomo presente per avviare o arrestare il movimento della lama. Morsa in
fusione di ghisa con staffa di bloccaggio anti-bava. Pompetta a membrana e rubinetto per ricircolo liquido refrigerante sul disco. Asta fermo barra con riga
millimetrata inclusa. Disponibile nella versione da banco oppure su piedistallo in lamiera d’acciaio.
Ciclo di taglio: Regolazione della morsa e bloccaggio del materiale da tagliare tramite volantino e leva a bloccaggio rapido. Discesa manuale della testa
porta disco mediante leva con interruttore ad azione mantenuta. Ritorno della testa alla posizione di partenza con molla di richiamo.

Manual cold saw machine for cutting ferrous materials. Solid structure with functional parts made of integral cast iron. Cut without sparks leaving the
metal cool to the touch.
Use: for mechanical workshops and maintenance works.
Possibility of cutting from 0° to 45° to the right and left for mitering. To be used with HSS disc with a maximum diameter of 250 mm (bore 32mm). Available
with three-phase motor with double cutting speed or single-phase with 1 speed. Handle with dead-man command to start or stop blade movement. Cast
iron vice with anti-burr locking bracket. Membrane pump and tap for recirculating coolant on the disc. Bar stop rod with millimeter scale included. Available
in the bench version or on a steel pedestal (option).
Cutting cycle: Adjustment of the vice and locking of the material to be cut by means of a hand wheel and quick-locking lever. Manual descent of the
cutting head by lever with maintained action switch. Return of the head to the starting position with return spring.
