Segatrici a due colonne con controllo numerico e avanzamento automatico del materiale da tagliare. Grande precisione di taglio. Struttura
pesante con parti funzionali in acciaio a grosso spessore. Con TOUCH SCREEN e INVERTER.
Utilizzo: per tagli in serie di acciai duri di grosso diametro e acciai per stampisti.
Sistema idraulico per automazione dell’arco, della morsa di avanzamento materiale e della morsa fissa. Regolatore idraulico per variare
la velocità di discesa dell’arco in base alle caratteristiche del materiale da tagliare. Velocità di taglio variabile da 20 a 105 m/min. tramite
Inverter. Controllo programmabile con numero di pezzi e lunghezze di taglio, regolazione dell’altezza di taglio, autodiagnosi e molte altre
funzioni.
Lama Bi-metallica M42 o Carbide. Piano di lavoro con piastra di appoggio materiale con elementi amovibili per tagli dritti a 0°. Morsa di avanzamento
del materiale da tagliare con corsa meccanica di 500mm a ripetizione automatica per lunghezze superiori. Tensionamento idraulico della lama con
visualizzazione su manometro e leva di detensionamento rapido. Blocchetti guida lama con set di cuscinetti e placchette in metallo duro per un’ec-
cellente precisione di taglio. Elettropompa liquido refrigerante. Evacuatore trucioli motorizzato e cassetta raccolta trucioli. Protezione perimetrale con
porte di accesso interbloccate.
Ciclo di taglio: operazioni preliminari con regolazione dell’apertura delle morse e regolazioni da quadro comandi. Scelta e avvio del programma di
taglio dall’archivio del controllo. Arresto automatico al completamento del programma di taglio.
Ampia possibilità di personalizzazione degli automatismi tra cui la possibilità di scegliere la posizione della morsa e dell’arco alla fine del pro-
gramma di taglio, la rotazione della lama dopo il taglio, la funzione di anti-grippaggio della lama, funzioni di pausa lavoro e spegnimento automatico.
Rappresentazioni grafiche del funzionamento del motore. Applicazione per smart-phone per controllo dello stato di lavoro.
Opzioni: Morse verticali idrauliche per taglio a pacco, riduzione della pressione delle morse, nebulizzatore per lubrificazione lama, laser indicazione
linea di taglio, rulliere porta barre.

Bi-metallic blade M42 or carbide. With removable material support plates for straight cuts at 0°. Vice for feeding the material to be cut with a 500mm
mechanical stroke with automatic repetition for longer lengths. Hydraulic tensioning of the blade with display on pressure gauge and quick release
lever. Blade guide blocks with set of bearings and hard metal plates for excellent cutting precision. Coolant electric pump. Motorized chips conveyor
and chips collection box. Perimeter protection with interlocked access doors.
Cutting cycle: preliminary operations with adjustment of the opening of the vices and other adjustments from the control panel. Choice and start of
the cutting program from the control archive. Automatic stop at the completion of the cutting program.
Wide possibility of customizing the automatisms including the possibility to choose the position of the vice and the sawframe at the end of the
cutting program, the rotation of the blade after cutting, the anti-seizing function of the blade, work pause and automatic switch-off functions. Graphical
representations of motor operation. Smart-phone application for checking the working status.
Options: Hydraulic vertical vices for bundle cutting, vice pressure reduction, nebulizer for blade lubrication, laser for cutting line indication, roller con-
veyors for bars.
