8 kW PORTABLE
INDUCTION HEATER

Teknel has reached a new world record: the first
portable heater in the world with 8 kW of power
and integrated liquid cooling.
It is equipped with high power electronics
managed by a 32-bit ARM-Cortex M4 processor
and is considered a prime example of
miniaturisation, developed from the experience
gained over years through constant research and
development.
Suitable for straightening and releasing ferrous
material and aluminium elements. The water
cooling system makes it possible to perform
heating jobs without interruption.

It creates heat directly inside the metal at a depth of 5 mm.
It can heat a surface area of 15x15mm (thickness 5mm) to
red heat (800°C) in a single second.
Thanks to its compact dimensions it can be easily carried to
perform any job, anywhere. The lighter weight body is built
entirely out of aluminium and the new patented inductor
increases the yield by 30%.
Weighing just 16 kg, it is the smallest heater of its kind,
