3,9 kW INDUCTION HEATER
Exceptional efficiency induction heater. Compact
yet extremely powerful and efficient. It
immediately heats the piece, for straightening and
releasing ferrous material or aluminium
elements. The liquid cooling system makes it
possible to perform heating jobs for prolonged
amounts of time without interruption.
It creates heat directly inside the metal at a depth
of 2.5 mm. It can heat a surface area of 30x30mm
(thickness 3mm) to red heat (800°C) in just 3
seconds. No naked flames means it is also possible
to work near cables, pipes or other heat-sensitive
parts. Weighing just 39 kg it is small and
convenient, suitable for workshops, body shops
and tyre shops.
The machine is equipped with a special
INSULATION TRANSFORMER that guarantees
maximum operator safety, even in the most
unexpected conditions.
NEW PATENTED INDUCTORS WITH QUICK CONNECTION
Wide range of patented inductors which increases its efficiency, easy to replace in seconds.
The flux concentrator and the protective cap resistant to high temperatures are blocked without glue.
