5,4 kW INDUCTION HEATER

With 5.4kW of power and single-phase 230V
power supply, this machine with compact
dimensions and exceptional efficiency is the
perfect solution for shops that do not have three-
phase 400V.
It immediately heats the piece, for heating,
straightening and releasing ferrous material or
aluminium elements. The very powerful liquid
cooling system makes it possible to perform
heating jobs continuously without interruption.
With its 65 kg it is easy to handle and takes up
very little space, used in body shops and car shops
for straightening, bending, bearing replacement
and bolt release operations. It is also equipped
with a special INSULATION TRANSFORMER that
guarantees maximum operator safety, even in the
most unexpected situations.

Wide range of patented inductors which increases its efficiency, easy to replace in seconds.
The flux concentrator and the protective cap resistant to high temperatures are blocked without glue.
