13 kW INDUCTION HEATER

Induction heater with 13 kW three-phase 400V
power, suitable for structural metal shops,
workshops and body shops that work on
commercial vehicles and lorries. It immediately
heats the piece, for straightening frames of
ferrous material and aluminium, to release joints
or rusty bolts, straighten transmission shafts,
remove bearings, pre-heating etc.
Powerful and efficient, it creates heat directly
inside the metal at a depth of 5 mm. It can heat a
surface area of 40x40mm (thickness 10mm) to red
heat (800°C) in just 5 seconds.
No naked flames means it is also possible to work
near cables, pipes or other heat-sensitive parts.
The liquid cooling system is very powerful and
makes it possible to perform heating jobs for
prolonged amounts of time without interruption.

Weighing 95 kg it is compact and the
braking wheels make it easy to move.
The machine is equipped with a special
INSULATION TRANSFORMER that
guarantees maximum operator safety,
even in the most unexpected conditions.

HIGH EFFICIENCY INDUCTORS
Wide range of inductors designed to provide maximum power. The flux concentrator and the protective
cap resistant to high temperatures are blocked without glue.
