22 kW INDUCTION HEATER

heat every type of metal including aluminium.
Top of the range for structural metalwork shops
and workshops that constantly work on
commercial vehicles, lorries, trucks, farming
equipment, wheel loaders for quarries and mines
and that need to heat large metal thicknesses in
just a few seconds; it can work for a long time
without interruption thanks to the extremely
powerful double liquid cooling system.
It immediately heats the piece, for straightening
frames of ferrous material and aluminium, to
remove king pins, to release captive screws, rusty
joints or bolts, straighten transmission shafts,
remove bearings, pre-heating etc.
It creates heat directly inside the metal and can heat a surface area of 40x40 (thickness of 16mm) to red
heat (800°C) in just 3 seconds.
No naked flames means it is also possible to work near cables, pipes or other heat-sensitive parts.
It is also equipped with a special INSULATION TRANSFORMER that guarantees maximum operator
safety, even in the most unexpected situations.

HIGH EFFICIENCY INDUCTORS
Wide range of inductors designed to provide maximum power. The flux concentrator and the protective
cap resistant to high temperatures are blocked without glue.
