3,5 kW PORTABLE INDUCTION HEATER

Designed for body work shops.
One-of-a-kind for its characteristics, it combines the
possibility of using the 3.5kW liquid-cooled power
torch and the specific body shop accessories,
suitable for easily removing adhesives without
leaving glue residues, raising dents caused by hail
and easily removing fixed vehicle windows.
It immediately heats the piece, for straightening and
releasing ferrous material or aluminium elements.
The liquid cooling system makes it possible to
perform heating tasks without interruption.
No naked flames means it is also possible to work
near cables, pipes or other heat-sensitive parts.
Weighing 9 kg it is the smallest heater of its kind,
suitable for body work shops, tyre shops and car
shops. The machine is equipped with a special
INSULATION TRANSFORMER that guarantees
maximum operator safety, even in the most
unexpected conditions.

Thanks to its exceptional characteristics of yield, efficiency and
weight/power ratio (9kg/3.5kW) this model compares to no other
induction heater on the market.
The liquid-cooled power inductor creates heat directly inside the
metal at a depth of 2.5 mm. It can heat a surface area of 30x30mm
(thickness 3mm) to red heat (800°C) in just 4 seconds.

Wide range of patented inductors which increases its efficiency, easy to replace in seconds.
The flux concentrator and the protective cap resistant to high temperatures are blocked without glue.
