18 kW INDUCTION HEATER

New induction heater with exceptional power and
efficiency, designed to heat every type of metal, including
aluminium.
With 18kW of power it is among the top range of machines
for structural metal shops and workshops that constantly
work on commercial vehicles, lorries, trucks, farming
equipment and heavy vehicles in general and which need to
heat large thicknesses of metal in just a few seconds, for
extended work times.
It immediately heats the piece, for straightening frames of
ferrous material and aluminium, to remote king pins, to
release joints or rusty bolts, straighten transmission shafts,
remove bearings, pre-heating etc. It creates heat directly
inside the metal and can heat a surface area of 40x40
(thickness of 16mm) to red heat (800°C) in just 4 seconds.
No naked flames means it is also possible to work near cables, pipes or other heat-sensitive parts.
The liquid cooling system is very powerful and makes it possible to perform heating jobs for prolonged
amounts of time without interruption. Weighing 150 kg it is easy to move thanks to the sturdy braking
wheels. It is also equipped with a special INSULATION TRANSFORMER that guarantees maximum
operator safety, even in the most unexpected situations. - Optional: PLC to control automatic processes,
even remotely.

HIGH EFFICIENCY INDUCTORS
Wide range of inductors designed to provide maximum power. The flux concentrator and the protective
cap resistant to high temperatures are blocked without glue.
