Indutrade aspires to offer all employees a safe and healthy workplace. Eliminating obvious physical
risks is matter of course. Influencing people’s attitudes and behaviours can be a great challenge, as can
be countering stress and psychosocial illness. We have a joint responsibility to make each other aware
of health and safety risks and to create workplaces where people are comfortable and can perform well.
